Marj⁠’s current practice focuses on corporate law and mergers and acquisitions⁠.

Marj provides legal counsel to domestic and foreign clients on various issues such as regulatory compliance⁠, incorporation matters⁠, data privacy⁠, and general corporate matters⁠.

Her work also extends to conducting due diligence exercises⁠, reviewing contracts⁠, and liaising with various government institutions such as the Securities and Exchange Commission⁠, Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority⁠, Land Registration Authority⁠, National Economic Development Authority⁠, and the Philippine Competition Commission⁠. Marj also has experience representing clients before various judicial and quasi-judicial agencies in civil and criminal cases⁠. Prior to joining TNC⁠, Marj was a Junior Associate at a reputable law firm in Makati⁠.

Marj received her bachelor⁠’s degree in B⁠.S⁠. Legal Management⁠, with honors⁠, from the De La Salle University - Manila in 2016⁠.

She obtained her Juris Doctor degree with a specialization in Dispute Resolution⁠, from the Ateneo Law School in 2021⁠. She was admitted to the bar in 2022⁠.
