Tayag Ngochua & Chu (TNC) is a Philippine law practice that provides a full range of corporate and commercial legal advisory services, including advising on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructuring, foreign investments, banking and consumer lending, data privacy, technology, antitrust, regulatory, and general corporate matters.

TNC was established in 2022 by Carlos Martin Tayag and Patricia Cristina Tan Ngochua. Allan Christopher Sy Chu joined the firm as a partner in 2023. Since its establishment, TNC has forged strong relationships with leading public and private Philippine and international corporates.
OUR GLOBAL COLLABORATION
Bridging Borders: TNC and Mori Hamada’s Alliance
In 2024, TNC established a strategic relationship with leading Japanese law firm Mori Hamada & Matsumoto for joint training, expertise sharing, and capacity building in practice areas relevant to clients of both firms investing or doing business in the Philippines. The strategic reliance results in TNC becoming a member firm of MHM Group, while remaining an independent practice.
