Cindy previously served as a government attorney with the Philippine Competition Commission⁠, where she was involved in the evaluation of M&As concerning various industries⁠. Prior to joining the Philippine Competition Commission⁠, she worked as a taxation and corporate lawyer where she advised clients on the corporate and tax implications of various transactions and represented clients before the Bureau of Internal Revenue and Philippine courts⁠.
