Our name is our mission
Trans-National Consulting Partnership
A European Economic Interest Grouping an EEIG for short is a
business venture in the form of a legally registered company with very flexible
structures. The EEIG was conceived from the French GIE (for Groupement
d'intérêt économique, literally, Economic Interest Grouping)
and groups together various members that have common economic interests. Well-known
industry players in France, which are GIEs, include the aircraft manufacturer Airbus
and the electronic cash group Carte bleue.

An EEIG where the stress is on the first E takes the French model to the European level. In order for an EEIG to be formed, the members who form it must be based in at least two EU member states. The EEIG's object is trans-national in nature. EEIGs are formed to enhance and promote cooperation across the borders of the EU member states.
TNC Partners or Trans-National Consulting Partnership, EEIG is a grouping formed by six consultancy firms based in Germany and France. It is meant both to enhance the transnational cooperation of those four firms and to bring the benefits of trans-national action to their clients that are players in a trans-national environment.
Further information on the EEIG and its legal framework is available at The Libertas Institute and on the European Union's website.
